Governor’s Role as a Patron/Chairman of various societies:
The Governor is also the President/Chairman of various organisations like Indian Red Cross Society (Jharkhand State Branch), Eye Bank, Jharkhand, Deep Shikha, SPIC MACAY, INTACH.
In addition to the above, the Governor also accepts at his discretion the position of Chief Patron/Patron or other posts in honorary capacity in various organisations rendering significant service to the society in various fields like Rotary Club, Boys Scouts and Guides and Ex-Servicemen Welfare.
