3 July 2024 : Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Champai Soren submitted his resignation from the post of Chief Minister of Jharkhand State.
3 July 2024: Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Champai Soren today submitted his resignation from the post of Chief Minister of Jharkhand State to Hon’ble Governor Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan. The Governor asked him to continue in his post till alternative arrangements are made. After this, former Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren, in the presence of the Governor, staked claim to form the government under his leadership in the state of Jharkhand along with the leaders and MLAs of JMM, Congress, Party, CPI (ML). He also focused on this important occasion.
