04 July 2024: Oath taking Ceremony of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jharkhand.
04 July 2024: Hon’ble Governor Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office and secrecy to Shri Hemant Soren as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand State in the swearing-in ceremony held in the Darbar Hall of Raj Bhavan. The Governor extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Shri Hemant Soren after he took the oath. Earlier, Principal Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat and Monitoring Department (Coordination), Smt. Vandana Dadel read out the warrant of appointment of the Hon’ble Chief Minister and the Hon’ble Chief Minister was invited to take oath by the Principal Secretary to the Governor, Dr. Nitin Kulkarni.
On the said occasion, former Chief Ministers Shri Shibu Soren and Shri Champai Soren, MPs, MLAs, senior officers of the Indian Administrative and Police Services and other dignitaries were present. The Governor enquired about the well-being of former Chief Minister Shri Shibu Soren.
